All heretofore mentioned bills pertaining to the right of citizens over the age of 18, being of sound mind, shall be revoked and the following shall be true: The right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed upon in any fashion by any governmental authority excepting only in that a person convicted of a violent crime utilizing such a weapon shall be ineligible for such rights, as they are scum.

...I like my bill.
 
I testified on 4 of the bills at the Senate Judiciary. All 4 were held for further study. Unfortunately, the constitutional carry bill was also held. However, the issue was raised with Chiefs that are not following the law and accepting and processing carry permits according to the law, and the representative from the Attorney General's office was asked if the AG could send out a directive to the Chief instructing them to accept and process applications as they are supposed to :)
