powder price increases at popular retailer for 2018

Got the email today. Prices are going up on some brands this year.

Price Increases for 2018 are now available.
Here is a summary of what each brand change is going to be.
Hodgdon 2% Increase
IMR 2% Increase
Winchester 2% Increase
Alliant - No Change
Accurate 2% Increase
Ramshot - No Change
Berger 6% Increase on Average
Shooters World - No Change
Sierra 2% Increase
Norma - No Change
Vihtavuori - No Change
We will let everyone know once we receive the rest.
These prices will be updated on the website later this week

Seems to me like all the "US Brands" are marking up so I assume the other brands mentioned that make many of the powders for the others must have went up some?
Powder has been pretty steady as far as price goes and I don't see this as a huge increase. Not many years ago I was buying surplus and pulled powder for about 1\4 of new and I wish I bought more.
I bought 32# of W844 surplus for $145 shipped not long ago and now if you find it its $100 8# jug still cheaper than new.

I have a vague memory of atf reclassifying smokeless powder and having a increase on transportation cost?
