Whenever I post a picture, it appears as a little thumbnail.

I followed the directions, but other people get it to show up bigger.

When I post a youtube link it just shows up as a link and not the actual video.

I tried searching old posts and FAQ's but can not seem to get it right.

I feel like such a n00b... [sad]

To post a pic, it must be hosted by a website like photobucket or imageshack. Once uplaoded to a hosting sight, copy and paste the URL. Photobucket has a IMG code that allows you to do this without adding the image code yourself. For example:

[I.M.G.]http://i610.photobucket.com/albums/tt185/Tim94gt/IMG_0641.jpg[/I.M.G.]

If you take the periods out of it will show up like this:

[IMG]http://i610.photobucket.com/albums/tt185/Tim94gt/IMG_0641.jpg

To post a video, there is a little icon that looks like a film reel. If you scroll over it, it will say "Insert Video", by clicking on it a box will appear. Enter the URL and your video will be embedded.

Ha!

Awesome responses. I GET it now!

I just tested it out in this response. Then I deleted the picture after previewing it.

I, for the life of me, could not figure that how no matter how I googled it!
