NH is DONE! This is what happens when you don't build a wall and allow Libs into your State.

A remarkable New Hampshire poll released Sunday shows that state Democrats think 2016 nominee Hillary Clinton represents the party less than either Sen. Elizabeth Warren or Democratic-Socialist darling Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

According to the NH Journal poll, which surveyed 593 registered voters earlier this month, 55 percent of New Hampshire Democrats believe that Elizabeth Warren best represents the Democratic party. Ocasio-Cortez came in second with 28 percent. Just 17 percent said that Clinton was the best representation of the current party.

“The fact that so many Democrats in New Hampshire see Sen. Warren as an accurate reflection of their party isn’t that surprising,” NH Journal publisher Shawn McCoy said in a press release. “But the fact that Hillary Clinton, an icon of the party for 30 years, trails a progressive activist newcomer like Rep. Ocasio-Cortez is astonishing.”

Republicans shouldn’t spend too much time gloating over these numbers, however. Because even while New Hampshire Democrats are inching away from Clinton, the poll shows that New Hampshire voters overall are running away from Trump. In 2016 Trump came within half a percentage point of winning the state. Now, he trails both Warren and Vermont Socialist Bernie Sanders by 13 points (54 percent to 41 percent) in head-to-head polling. (Trump also trails Beto O’Rourke 48 percent to 41 percent.)

The poll contains one word of comfort for the president: A sizeable majority of state Republicans (59 percent) said they’d support Trump if he were challenged by Utah senator Mitt Romney."

CNN reported Sunday that Hillary Clinton just can’t seem to make herself rule out running again in 2020. But this poll is just the latest reminder: It’s not your abuela’s party anymore."

Anyone who ever believed that Hillary represented them has to be a dumbass.

Nearly every NH transplant I've met is conservative, not progressive. The border counties tend to actually be quite conservative. I'm in a border town and all of our town reps are Republican. In my experience the "native born" Granite Staters are more likely to lean Democrat. So I don't buy into the "MA transplants are making it liberal" argument, at least, not at this time.

My reaction when reading your polls numbers was "duh" not "wow."
If anyone thought Democrats right now view Hillary as representing their party they are about two years late to the party.

I'm not sure who the Democrats will run, since the declared candidates all have flaws, but if I were to bet, it will be Harris. When she (or whoever the Democrat candidate is) wins the general election, it'll be bad news. She's not a "pay lip service to gun control" person like Bernie, she's a full-on go after 2A candidate.

So out and out declared democrats like commies? And you are shocked at this? [rofl]

I would expect polled, out of closet, democrats in ANY state to vote against her, within the context of that survey.

In case you missed it- it likely has sunk in on some of them that shitlery handed Trump the presidency on a silver platter. She is so bad that they would pick a full on commie before making that mistake ever again.

Either Warren or Harris will get stomped by Trump. Not because Dems aren't communists, but because outside of the northeast and west coast, most swing voters aren't (yet) comfortable with socialism. Also, in order to defeat Trump the democrats are going to be forced to run someone at least marginally LIKEABLE. Bernie, Harris, Liawatha...none of them fall into this category. All of them are susceptable to being used by Trump as a foil. All of them are dumb as a box of rocks and play too hard to the progressive, hard left. All of them have extensive voting records they cannot hide that Trump would have a field day with.

The dems will have a much better chance if they end up nominating someone who is both more likeable and more centrist. Even better (for them) if they nominate someone who also has a short, obscure political history/voting record. Obama is exhibit A as far as likability and obscurity are concerned. The problem for the dems will be getting such a person through the rigged primary process.

There are no good commies.
