ENFIELD, Conn.—Police say Connecticut man accidentally shot his friend in the head while showing him a gun.
Police say the 24-year-old victim was in stable but critical condition at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Mass., following the accident at about 2:30 a.m. Saturday.
Police say 27-year-old Raymond Moule of Enfield inside his apartment showing the victim a handgun when it went off. Moule faces charges including assault, reckless endangerment and possession of marijuana over four ounces.
Moule is being held on $250,000 bail and was scheduled to be arraigned Monday in Enfield District Court.
