BARNSTABLE, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – A 31-year-old Marston Mills man, involved in a dispute with his neighbor, reportedly used a shotgun to fire several shots at the neighbor's car, shooting out the windshield, police said.

Police responded to the Marston Mills neighborhood around 3:18 a.m. after receiving several calls regarding gunshots in the area of Gooseberry Lane.

Dwayne Peters was reportedly walking in the area with a shotgun when police officers arrived on scene.
