POF USA ROGUE PISTOL 308 12"

After shooting my AR-10 with a 20" barrel, I cannot understand why anyone would want a .308 pistol. Sounds like about as much fun as a 44mag derringer

Ok never mind. Virtually every YouTube video review on ANY guns from these guys show serious failure to feed and eject.

Seems like junk.

Not necessarily, InRange TV tested the (rifle) POF DI Revolution and it worked fine as far as I remember.

There's really limited, historical applications for a 7.62 NATO in less than 16", like say as a trunk gun for VIP security or laying down serious suppressive fire with a full-auto. For example, Ian Smith of Rhodesia had motorcycle escorts who carried 14.56" barrel R1s. Australian armorers in Vietnam developed "the B*tch", which was a SLR chopped down at the gas block, pinned to full-auto only, and fitted with a muzzle brake.

These days, both roles would be better met with 5.56 or 300BLK. Though, even with a short barrel, 7.62 NATO would probably do better with barrier penetration at short range.

I have a piston POF 308 that's been reliable, albeit, I have under 200 rounds through the gun.

I wanted to get a ptr g3 clone shorty.
Was foing to make it my fu(k you gun with a binary trigger from Franklin.

Wouldve been fun.

Anyone got any experience with this one? And know if it’s MA compliant (or if anyone sells it that way setup pinned already)?

Sub-6lbs seems great.

Sub 6 pounds ./ 5.6 lbs to be exact is not legal in MA, any pistol with a detachable magazine outside the pistol grip, and a weight over 50oz is classified as an assault weapon. Pinned and welded does not matter with this one. Sorry.
