From article. Interesting they put this info in, the Berkshire Eagle is more anti than the Globe.

The incident happened shortly after 4 p.m. on Newton Avenue. Officers with the Pittsfield Police Department determined Burke acted in self-defense, arrested Durkee and charged him with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Burke, who police say has an active license to carry, faces no charges in the incident.

The footage showed Durkee standing in the middle of the road with blood all over him, and a knife in his right hand," a police report states. "Durkee can be heard in the video stating: `You got a gun pointed at me man.' Joseph can be heard saying: `You f—--in' stabbed me, so I pulled it out! I got a right all day!"
