Contacted Pete's Gun Shop yesterday by phone. The young lady who responded was polite and helpful.
Stopped in today and met Tom, customer service I received was the best I've encountered in western Mass. The S&W 1911PD was waiting for me behind the counter as stated, all questions answered patiently and professionally. Thanks Tom for the service and the nice .45.
