Tagged for interest.

Would be nice to get out of the house and shoot a bit.

I'm gong to go to this and just find out whats going on day-of. I'll bring a couple pistols and rifles, I'm kind of assuming is a kind of plinking type thing like steel challenge except also with rifles (?) presumably at 100 yards since thats the biggest range at Leominster.

At least 2 mag's for rapid fire, as many as you need for the "Mad Minute"
It's on silhouette targets about 1ft high x 2 ft wide at 100yds

You don't need a holster, centerfire or 22 ok , six shots at 6 plates at 50 ft (so revolver guys can compete too) the guy that hits the quickest or most goes on to the next round (like March madness)

Congratulations to these fine Marksmen in our Patriot's Day Match!
First we did the Rattle Battle Team Rifle match with Slow, Rapid & "Mad Minute" stages.
The Champions were the A-Team from Agawam with 250 points; second place was our own Winter Riflemen with 209 points; and our Seniors came in third with 181 points.
Next came Pistol Plates - competing head to head, double elimination. Whoever drops all 6 plates quickest or knocks down the most in 10 shots wins. Adrian is the Champ this year, Michael came in 2nd, and Keith came in 3rd.

Thanks to all the Riflemen & Pistolero's, we were able to send a nice check to GOAL to keep fighting for our Second Amendment Freedoms in Boston!!
{If you missed it just wait'll we do it again at the D-Day Shoot!! (Tentative Sat.June 11)}
