Passing on: IBM M1 Carbine for $850 on GunBoards

That just seems expensive...is that a good price? I’ve never shot a carbine and haven’t had much desire to for no apparent reason. I hear they’re pretty fun though.

They don't come much cheaper...I like mine and do enjoy shooting it. Nothing to be desired in accuracy though. I posted the "accuracy and targeting " diagram some where in here for the carbine. Bascally think SR1 inside the 6 ring was good enough for GI.

lmao...I really can’t comment because I’ve never shot one, but I guess I just prefer guns made for men :D

[rofl]

Majspud spotted a good one at a decent price, so kudos to him, but I don't like them either.

I've shot a couple. They are a lot of fun if you are shooting a 1911 and want to try something that's a little more challenging to hit the target with. [smile]

Come on, disses aside, every WW2 collection needs one! I have an as issued IBM from March of '44 that stays in my safe. I lost my shooter in the "Purge of '17." Might have to get another at some point...

LOL, you are right.

I do like that NPM on GB. Might make a nice gift for Mrs. Mountain. [smile] Girl gun joking aside, I do think she would like shooting it. She absolutely loves the mid-length AR carbine I helped her build. (All laws followed...)

Regardless, if I was definitely in the market I'd watch for something at Pack and Postal.
