Pittsburg NH, last 3 days Muzzle, first 4 rifle. First few days were upper sixties. All I got is my Codet wools or just regular jeans. The wool pants were simply too much so jeans it was. Problem is damn jeans get wet they wick right up to your waist. Anyone have a go-to brand/style for these warmer days? Pittsburg is thick cover and wet/muddy in spots. I have looked at light field pants but they were cheap crap that would rip to shreds in brush.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks

Harry

I bought some Wranglers for upland hunting this season, and they are holding up well. They're like reinforced jeans. Lighter than duck, and they don't soak up water. And the water shedding material doesn't make too much noise, unlike some briar pants. I have not done any sits in them, just bird hunting through brush.
