He looks green to me.

Naw, I havent gotten around to sending in money after it expired

No one said it was impossible....but that would require you actually read the thread

The entire issue/thread revolves around a couple people whining that PSA wont incur additional cost/risk/burden to ship to people in mAss.
Actually it's really only one person whining. And if you have to ask who it is........

Yea.....you, the OP and a couple other folks.....almost all from mAss

So, I ordered something online this morning from Palmetto State Armory. And let's be upfront about this. I live in Georgia, they're about an hour up the road from me, and was in their store a couple of months ago when I was having my truck serviced just down the street from there.

It's a NICE shop. People there were great, good supply of guns, ammo, stuff. There's a range there. I walked out with a 9mm AR on a whim purchase and been quite happy with it. Shot it last night as a matter of fact.

I just logged into their site because I want an upper for a build I'm doing, and it struck me that if I could get one just like the one on the 9mm AR I was shooting last night - that'd be perfect, (in .556).

And I found it, so I ordered it.

But while doing so, I had to accept their terms of business. And I'm not angry with them. Although some of you reading this may be.

Included in their terms of business is:

"PSA will not ship ANY items to the state of Massachusetts."

Like I said, I've been in their shop. This isn't some huge conglomerate, some faceless monolothic monstrosity. This is a decent sized operation that's trying to abide by all of the various laws that are laid down by the many states and cities. And the way I read this, and their treatment of Washington DC in the same fashion - is that someone at Palmetto State Armory just said "fck it", it's not worth the aggravation. So you can thank Maura and her buddies.

Me, I just checked the box off and my upper is on its way. Should be here in a couple of days.

If you look at the list of what they won't ship, you get an idea of what they're dealing with, and the maze of restrictions they're trying to cope with:

I have read and agree to all terms and conditions

Whats the cost of defending the business in terms of legal fees?

Most of them don't know what the actual cost is, because they just grab a can of vaseline and the fleet consent decree
enema, after their shitty "I normally only do wills" attorney goads them into it so they can collect their $600 and leave, lol.

I would hazard a good guess though that Target Sports has made more money in the past few months than they have spent on their
attorney.

Hate to break the news to you but most retailers in NH are now carding everyone trying to purchase ammunition too

That's not new and has been going on with Walmart, Shooters outpost, others, for years now.

Carding people does not = being a bunch of massive faggots like PSA and chasing people in the parking lot because they have the wrong license plate.

That kind of thing is on a whole other planet.

I know more than one NH retailer that refuses to do business with folks from mass

That's great, none of the ones I use on a regular basis do. Ironically I buy like 99% of my gun stuff in NH (obviously, in some cases I have to use
transfers, etc) and while some of the vendors I use have limitations (which is understandable) most don't completely block off MA. Many of them are
extremely accommodating- Then again it also helps that I don't act like a "downtrodden MA retard" when I go into their shops,
either. I'm not a pest like some MA shitheads are, asking "IS DAT EEEWEEEGAL?" etc. Not being a dick, and being informed
helps.

Cost comes in a couple forms

Cost in terms of time
Cost in terms of stress
Cost in terms of lost revenue

All of which inevitably negatively impact their bottom line and prices.

You got to stop making things up. It may work in middle school but you're gonna get sizzled in the real world. As amusing as your replies are I'm out of this thread....I've got ammo and parts arriving soon and will be on the range. "cost in terms of stress".....that's a peach.

Buy from PSA.

Or don't.

I don't think anyone's going to change anyone's mind.
