I'm hoping to find some clarity on the P365x and Massachusetts. Is the 365x slide non MA compliant?

No, the slide is not "non MA compliant". I'll bet you $100 who ever told you that breathes through their mouth and slurps their soup. If they carry a .40 I want another $100

I was told by an alleged ffl a 365x would need to be frame transferred, so I just built my own off a custom works 365, Icarus precision 365x elite grip and True Precision Axiom slide. Do yourself a favor and build yer own

Thats what I did. So only differences are not having a flat trigger or being optic ready. If i had to do it all over again I would 1000% buy a 365 XL. I shot one side by side at the range and the I had much tighter groupings, far less muzzle flip and honestly just found myself far more impressed with what an extra .7" of slide and barrel? So im just going to buy one new and probably give this to my wife if i can ever get her to get her license (shes worried about her medical card being a conflict of interest but thats another story)
