Owner Of "Tackleberry Solutions" Found Guilty Of Teaching Bomb Making

So conspiracy and some hate speechish charges?

Snyder v. Phelps (SCOTUS 2011): stated that hate speech can only be criminalized when it directly incites imminent criminal activity or the speech consists of specific threats of violence targeted against a person or group.

Seems like what the defendant offered up was absolutely inside Snyder v Phelps.

OP,

you are teaching how to find a teacher to make whatever ... there has to be a law against that ; ) [rofl]

I can't believe I'm the first one.

And there has to be something going on for a jury to find him guilty based on what was in that article. Although we've seen pretty weak journalism in the last 25 years or so.

I have a side story about this book^
I went to a Summer camp in the mid 70's with one of Abbies Hoffmans cousins (she was from Worcester) and she had a signed copy of his book that she was showing around at camp. She said she later showed it to Abbie and he asked "where did you get this?" she replied "I stole it from your house". I guess he thought that was funny as hell, then he personally signed it for her. [laugh]
I wonder what a genuine signed copy is worth these days ???

The way things are going these days, I’d say about 15 to 20. Years.

I wonder how many fully funded, foreign national students learning nuclear physics at MIT are on their radar? 🤔
John Aristotle Phillips

“Phillips was born in August 1955 to Greek immigrant parents and raised in North Haven, Connecticut.[1] In 1976, while attending Princeton University as a junior undergraduate, he designed a nuclear weapon using publicly available books and papers.[2] In February 1977, several months after the story first went public, Phillips was contacted by a Pakistani official trying to purchase his bomb design, an incident addressed on the Senate floor.

….The Federal Bureau of Investigation confiscated Phillips's term paper and a mockup he had constructed in his dormitory room. “

Random thougt : Maybe this is why the push for electric vehicles - no gasoline -- no Molitov cocktails when society collapses (SHTF or "go time") ? I still don't believe the oil/gas concerns are just going to roll over and let the globalists kill their cash cow.

Just poking the bear, but when does it become 'imminent'? When they make the bomb, or set it off? Speak slowly and clearly into your monitor.

Back in the 1970's my high school library had "the US Army Book of Demolitions" in the stacks. We checked it out and got supplies from the Chemistry lab. We learned from the experts and still have 10 fingers.
I'm not sure if that means you were doing it right, or doing it wrong....
