Out of state sale

My son lives in Utah. He has lived there for over two years and is a legit resident of that state. (Car registered, etc). He recently purchased a handgun in Utah that is not MA compliant. He has also decided he doesn't really like said handgun. Can I legally re-purchase this gun from him and have it sent to me in MA, provided I fill it with 10 round mags?

Must be transferred through MA FFL... and given the current climate of unnecessary AG fear, good luck with that.
