This is completely theoretical and relates to the application of the simultaneous application of a number of laws from a number of states + the country itself. If one had no FID card in MA but had an NH carry license, with all its reciprocal states, would one be allowed to purchase, possess, and operate firearms in those states? Would one be able to store one's firearms outside of the People's Republic of Massachusetts in order to spite a state that makes up its own rules as it goes and is capable of denying anyone for conjured reasons?

Ooh, more loopholes to jump through. How would someone come into ownership of such things? "Private sales"? The evil "gun shows" from the news? And a MA resident without a license in MA wouldn't be allowed to possess them in MA either, right?

The only legal way to purchase out of state is via FFL, and the FFL can only sell to you if its legal for you to own in your state of residence.

If you don't care about being legal, just go down to the 'hood with a c-note and try your luck. No loopholes, just black market illicit transactions.

there are plenty of stickies in the mass gun law sub-forum that should provide most of the answers you need. if you are looking to find how to commit crimes re gun ownership it really is best to look elsewhere. go into any 'hood in boston and the criminals who don't bother to obey the laws will give you all you ask for (and probably more-just for good measure).
ETA: sss beat me to the 'hood remark......

You don't mention what state you reside in. The No FID in MA part of your question has nothing to do with the whole question!.

You live in NH and have a carry permit? Great. Any of the reciprocal states you can do exactly as you say depending on state laws. Recipocity only applies to conceal cary and in some cases possession.

You can store your guns anywhere you want. Vacation homes, storage lockers etc outside the state. Mass can't touch you when you are in another state. Its a mute point until you cross the border back into mass with the gun. You still have to comply with the state laws where the guns are stored.

So I think what you are asking is, if you lived in NH and then moved to MA but kept your home in NH as a vacation home could you keep your guns there and not have to get an FID or LTC in MA. YES. You could just never bring them across the border into MA.
You could also utilize NH reciprocity when possessing in reciprocal states as well. MA residency would not have an effect on that.

In this scenario, once he moves, he no longer is a NH resident so his NH license is invalid and there is no repricocity. He could apply for a non-resident NH p&r license, but it will be denied without an MA LTC. And even if he did get the non-res p&r, it is not recognized as many places as the resident.
