I am from Utah and am selling a glock manufactured in May of 1998. I need clarification on if this is actually Massachusetts legal as I was led to believe. Can somebody please tell me if it is possible for somebody in MA to purchase this or if it has to have been in MA this whole time to be legal? Thanks for your help.

I'll save you the long explanation can cut to the chase.
Glocks are on the EOPS Tested List and thus ONLY have to have been mfd prior to 10/21/98 for them to be legally "importable" to MA.
Just ship it to the buyer's FFL (assuming that he's lined an FFL up that understands this law, suggested that he deal with Four Seasons Firearms in Woburn) and it all should be good.
