out of state CCW letter help

Does any one have any sample letters on what to write the State Police to get an Unrestricted Non Resident license? I just moved out of state and have held a Class 1 non restricted permit for over 20 yrs and have had a Machine gun license for the last 5+. Now that I am out I need to get this permit

It's not the State Police, it's FRB. You just pretty much wrote what you need to do, so now trim it up to look pretty and run with it. Also add why you'd be in MA in the first place, places you may travel to/thru (wrt crime areas in particular), etc.
