Optics not included - And other things on NES that really get old

It really gets tiring to see a gun for sale, you look at the pics, the price, you say wow I'm interested then you see in the description "optics not included". THEN WHY THE HECK IS IT IN THE PICTURE? Its like selling a hot rod showing pics of the engine and then saying engine not included. This happens all the time and its really getting old.
