One time..

About a week ago,a little Private insignia showed up below my name.All I ever seen was a red "X" and "member level".That is still all I see.

I didn't adjust any internet settings,the chevron just appeared out of nowhere one day,now it's gone.

Not a big deal,but it is starting to bug me.

Any way to rectify the situation on my end ?

right click on the x and click on properties and copy and paste it so I can see it.

"Member level 1" right next to the red "x",but it didn't show up with the copy/paste.

The red "x" in a box indicates a graphic image that hasn't loaded, and the "Member Level 1" is the alternate text associated with that image, in this case the PFC stripe.

There are several reasons the image might not have loaded. Assuming that you haven't blocked images from loading in your browser (something you're harldy likely to do accidentally and would certainly notice if you had) Derek might might be working on the software at the time you're loading the page, thus making the image unavailable. It's also possible that the pipeline to your machine is congested, so the browser gives up trying to load the image. Sometimes refreshing the page will solve this one, or alternatively, right-clicking on the "x" and then clicking view image will load the image into your buffer.
