One expensive tuna.

If you can legally catch a good sized tuna, you're looking at thousands of dollars in the right markets. Just note though, if it's not a complete commercial boat with a freezer in the boat to immediately freeze it, don't eat it raw. Always freeze fresh tuna to kill parasites (mostly effective). Buddy of mine caught a good sized one that he shared with dozens of people before the market. I pan seared my piece, but it was largely raw in the center as I like it. Definitely froze it first for the recommended time period. That's not to say you'll 100% get sick otherwise, but why risk it?

There's no market for them now. Quota was met in the first week. No buyers so don't bother.
