Older A-Zoom Snap Caps

I'm looking for some 7.92x57 snap caps. My dad has a set of 12 gauge A-Zooms that are either a silver or gold color, however online A-Zoom just sells the same red colored snap caps that I have in other calibers - 9x19, 7.62x25, 12 gauge, and .308. Since I have a few .308 snap caps, I basically want something that isn't red and is durable for 7.92x57 so I have an easier time telling the .308s and the 8mms apart.

Anyone know where I could find these older snap caps?

If you can't find the ones you want.
You can try acetone to remove the color and dye the aluminum in rit dye

I have to spread the + reps before I give you more. I was thinking of re-painting regular 8mm snap caps a different color too.

I think you might cause problems with painting . Maybe on the head stamp I just wouldn't want the paint chipping in the chamber.

I have no affiliation with him, other than I abuse my dummy rounds when I teach and train, and they are they only ones that have held up for any reasonable amount of time. I don't know if he makes the caliber you are looking for, but I suspect a quick message would get you an answer.

He didn't have any 8mm Mauser caps available, but I sent him a message. We'll see how it goes.

I need BRIGHT colored 9mm dummies. The maroon ones are a pain in the neck to find at the range.
