Cool video! Early on they're assembling M1917 bayonets, so the rifles are probably M1917's. Narrows the factories down to three choices...

Some of the machinery seen in that video is on display at the Springfield Armory Museum. I highly recommend a visit to anyone interested in weapons technology. I wish they had more machinery exhibits, I found this as interesting as all the different firearms they have on display in the museum. I probably spent a good 20 minutes looking at the stock duplicator machine they have there. It is simply ingenious. The mechanical technology of the pre-computer era is truly remarkable.
