An Oklahoma man shot a 26-year-old woman multiple times Sunday after she tried taking a Nazi flag flying at his home, investigators said.

Alexander John Feaster, 44, fired several shots from an AR platform rifle without warning, striking the woman in her lower abdomen and legs as she was running away, the Garfield County sheriff's office said in an affidavit obtained by the Enid News & Eagle.

My wife was checking our front door camera recordings last week and noticed that a lady came to our front door, rang the doorbell several times, and then went window to window along the front of the house putting her face up to the window to look in. She had a mask on and a tablet device. Not sure what she wanted. No card or flyers were left.

Where I grew up it is a good way to get shot in the face.

If the story read, "Woman shot while stealing property" or "Woman shot while stealing flag" i'm sure folks might feel different (perhaps not here). I have no love for the Nazi flag, but you have a right to be an a**h***, or even stupid, but you don't have a right to steal property.

He probably shot from inside his residence and didn't bother pointing it at her unless he was going to pull the trigger.

Still people being on property that didn't belong to them.

edit: but i do think this guys punishment of the thieving woman was a little harsh.

Personally I believe you should be legally allowed to defend property, even $0.01 worth of property with deadly force so clean shoot here for me. But the shooter can get ball cancer and die slow for all I care.
