I believe so. I remember everyone cleaning out Walmart on the ZQI 9mm and 7.62x51. Can’t remember how cheap it was but seemed to shoot fine from what I heard. But yeah this isn’t high quality ammo. Just like the Tula maxxtech discussed earlier lol
