It’s a Victory revolver with a military shoulder holster. Otherwise I only have a Uncle Mike’s. I also have a S/W 66.

I cannot allow a shoulder holster in the class. You will be online with 5 other students and drawing from a shoulder holster is a guaranteed way to flag everyone in the class. Think about how you draw the gun from that holster, and think about the person standing to your left. Think of yourself in a situation where the guy to your right points his gun at you everything he draws from his holster or returns to his holster. I cannot compromise anyone in the class's safety for convenience.

This is a defensive shooting class. There will be alot of movement forward and back, side to side, reloading drills, etc.
Every drill is run from the holster, not off of a bench. The S&W 66 would suffice but running a revolver in the class will limit the amount of shooting time you will get in, and limit the drill you will be able to do. I have had people run revolvers in the class before, however they ran about half the amount of drills the rest of the class did, due to ammo capacity, and reload time.

If you want to research the types of holsters we do recommend for a class like this, here are some examples:

Took the class today. Enjoyed it very much. Lots of great drills I had not run before. Ben took the time with each of us to address what we individually wanted from the class. Paper, steel and rubber dummy targets. A good mix with different distances and movement.
