Obama Nominates Anti-gun Activist to Country’s Second Most Important Court

Halligan’s public hatred for firearms was only matched by her zealotry inside the courtroom. In a speech on May 5, 2003, Halligan called for “handgun manufacturers [to be held] liable for criminal acts committed with handguns.”

So all you car salesmen, apparently your car, if involved in a DUI homicide, according to this bimbo, means you're liable for damages. [banghead]

Not quite. It would be more like trying to hold car MANUFACTURERS responsible.

Someone steals your Acura, gets drunk, runs a red light, and drives into a grocery store. By the libtard standards you should be able to sue; Honda/Acura, Budweiser/Inbev, the company who designed the traffic signal, the civil engineer who designed the road, the maker of the CMU that was used to construct the wall, the architect who designed the wall, and the GC who built the wall.

Did I get it all?

Well if weather was a factor, you can sue the news agency, the weather reporter, the radar company that predicted the weather, water, and mother nature.

ADD: You can also sue baby jesus.

Edit: You CANNOT sue baby jesus, because it may offend an atheist, or someone with nothing better to do.

I really doubt that she hates guns, she is probably too smart to be moved by passion. Big bucks from anti-gun lobby, connections and favors is the most likely answer.

With the current spending crisis in DC, I worry that Fast&Furious isn't getting the proper attention.

And now a nomination to the DC Appeals Court, could "easily fly under the radar".

not good.
