Jon Green will be running one at Mansfield F&G in May IIRC. I think that there are still a few open slots and Jon is a dynamite instructor.

Call GOAL on Monday and check to see if you can get in the class.

Thanks I'm in. Looking forward to that lunch from that great Mansfield kitchen!

Completed my NRA Range Safety Officers course this weekend. Jon Green from GOAL put on a great class and Mansfield F&G were very gracious as the hosts.

Jon is a great teacher!

The NRA RO course is very dry, much of the material is more applicable to working in a commercial range (walk-ins) vs. a gun club. But Jon adds some additional material that keeps it interesting and can be quite useful to any participant, regardless of venue where they will be working as an RO.
