Basic Pistol is a Full Day course designed for individuals who want to
apply for an FID or License to Carry permit.

Topics include:

Pistol Parts and Operation
Ammunition
Using a Pistol Safely
Operating a Pistol
Cleaning, Storing, and Transporting a Pistol
Shooting Fundamentals
Shooting Positions
Improving and Maintaining Shooting Skills
Massachusetts Laws Pertaining to Permit Application, Firearms Storage and Transportation

Proper handling of guns and actual firing of guns at the Maynard Club
Indoor range is part of this course.
