I was listening to the Red Sox while Howie was doing his gun show but NPR had their very own segment around 6 (I think this was the replay from 10 am).
It was typical NPR stuff but I'll give them some credit, they at least address their issue as 'illegal guns' during the discusion. News articles like the one posted here http://www.northeastshooters.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=8617 talk about police looking for guns like they are hunting down Al Qaeda. As if there couldn't possibly be a citizen in New Bedford that legally owns a gun.
The On Point segment is so creatively titled "Guns". I suppose with NPR they need no further clarification as to where this show is going.
