Northeastshooters banned in Narragansett!

For the past couple days, I was vacationing with my wife in Narragansett. Not wanting to go too long without checking in on this site, I tried to sign on using an internet connection at the local public library.

No dice!

Some sort of a filter prevented my access.

So, I guess Derek's site has become notorious -- banned in Rhode Island!

Funny thing is, I could sign onto www.glocktalk.com, no problem!

Poor poor poor RI, they are missing a lot! Or it could just be the computer at the library! If I could not access this in that library... I wonder how I should call that place? hmmm are you sure it is a library? It could just be a drugstore, ?!

I tried using that http://proxify.com to some computers but this is sometimes is also inaccessable. But ofcourse it could work!

Brent is right if a particular website could not be access, trying using the longform or the proxify.com and if doesn't... sayonara.

I have a similar issue here at work! I can access northeastershooters.com but not the steyrclub.com. Anyhow as long as I have this website I am fine!

It is just the exact opposite with Cross-x experience but similar issue in terms of accessable and inaccesability of websites as he was able to access glocktalk.com and not northeastshooters.com. On my end, I can access northeastshooters.com and not glocktalk.com and steyrclub.com!

BTW do you have the longway for Steyclub.com by any chance?

try pulling it up with its IP address instead of the url. Some hardware based firewalls and content filtering systems use URL's to filter the sites they dont want accessed.
