I had used another gunsmith in the past, and NE Arms ran circles around him. NE was able to perform, in 5 days, what the other 'smith' couldn't seem to get done in many months. Not only were they quicker; they actually listened, were more helpful, WAY more friendly, and did a far better job than the 'smith I used to use. "Used to use" as NE Arms is now my go-to shop.
So, a big thank you to Steve and the crew for doing what they do, in the way they do it. Definitely a quality bunch!
