NOOB MASS glock question

I'm from MASS, just picked up a used Glock 23 and was wondering if its illegal to buy a new barrel for it, any thoughts? Thanks guys

Buy away. Pick up one in .357sig while you are at it, drops right in the 23, uses the same magazines.

No. Barrels are not controlled parts in MA. (or anywhere else in the US, for that matter).

Check out Herlihy Barrel in Chicopee, MA. I've picked up some really nice new and used barrels there. I'm sure they've got something your Glock will fit in.

Just as an FYI, I could not get U notch G23 magazines to feed .357 SIG in my G32.
