I am moving to PA at the end of June. However I work in NJ. Is it possible to get any sort of LTC? Ive heard it is very hard to get a license but does it help that I will be working for the Naval Warfare Center in lakehurst?

1. Licenses in NJ are issued in very limited cases only.

2. It is unlikely working for Naval Surface Weapons will help, unless your employer is willing to state that the US Navy is requesting you be issued a LTC since you are a civilian employee and therefore cannot be issued official orders authorizing carry.

3. Carry or possession on the NWC facility will almost certainly be either a violation of your terms of employment or a federal offense, perhaps both.

NJ does not issue LTC to average law abiding citizens. Period!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
