Yea, and if you ever wonderd why LA has the highest populaton of private shcools, now you know.

I only had three friends growing up that went to public schools. And we were in Jefferson Parrish, which was supposed to be better off than the Orleans Parrish Schools.

Looks like Kattrina has exposed some very ugly stuff. Looks like the schools were almost broke before the storm. What would've happened if it hadn't happened?
