NJ Vet denied entry to Six Flags due to tee shirt

Can someone tell me why it matters if the guy is a vet? I'm really getting tired of seeing someone's veterans status every time they do something if it isn't directly related to the subject. Would it be ok if a homosexual wore the shirt and was told to leave?

As for the original subject - Ef Six Flags. I live one town over, and haven't gone since it was Riverside.

It's a private business and if they don't want gun shirts then it's no gun shirts. Spend your money someplace else or open a park and allow any shirts you want.
Him being a Vet has nothing to do with it, not sure why they even brought it up. If he was black could he argue that they don't like black people?
For those in the service is that an issued shirt or was the guy talking out of his ass saying it's a military shirt?
