At the risk of sounding like an isolationist/Ugly American....Meh.

The fact that an international terror attack is not reported in the LSM here is not necessarily because it's a Boko Haram thing - it could just be that compared to the California incident, not to mention the local traffic and weather, a bunch of non-European foreigners getting blown up just isn't news.

Kenyan Muslims shield Christians in Mandera bus attack

A group of Kenyan Muslims travelling on a bus ambushed by Islamist gunmen protected Christian passengers by refusing to be split into groups, according to eyewitnesses.

They told the militants "to kill them together or leave them alone", a local governor told Kenyan media. At least two people were killed in the attack, near the north-eastern village of El Wak on the Somali border.

But how could that be? I thought it was part of the Islamic religion to kill those who aren't Muslim and that all Muslims support this stuff?
