I think the underfolder stock might be a dealbreaker in MA but I defer to our MA contingent

If it's preban anything goes. I had a preban AR carbine but sold it when I realized that a folding stock wasn't worth $600 to me.

It's only fully legal in CT if you're willing to register it with the state so it can later be confiscated from you though.

A tad high? Its an auction with 5+ days left.my prediction is it will sell for over $1450.
Id be interested in buying it at $999, but it being a .556 makes it less desirable to me..

Exactly $999 is a friggen steal for that rifle.
