SB 290 really jumps out at me......an attempt to permanently incorporate certain health care assistance into general budget aka your tax dollars to support it.....

Cant say I agree with all of NHLA's positions on stuff.....death penalty should absolutely be used as punishment and taxpayers should not be forced to fund lifetime incarceration of murders.....
the most heinous of crimes should be punished in a very public/visible and permanent way for all to see and learn from.......it should be shocking, public and an example for anyone considering doing the same
