NH Out of state LTC

Where/How do I apply for a out of state NH LTC?

Mine took about a week, but that was a number of years ago.

Did you give any references?

It asks for 3.

Since the form asked for it, yes I did, but they were never contacted.

I put three references down. None of them were contacted.

They must contact them if there's a problem validating your resident permit.

I submitted mine bout 4 weeks ago, still haven't gotten anything back yet, but none of my references have been called... dont think they cashed the check yet either but I heard the lead time has been bout 6 weeks lately

Someone I know has been waiting more than a month for theirs to come in as of today, but when I sent in mine I got it in 2-3 weeks, IIRC.

I guess it's a little slower these days. I've been waiting 4 weeks also. I'm thinking about a Maine permit too, but $80 and passport photos make the cost prohibitive(retired, fixed income) since I only go up there once or twice a year for short times.
