This. It took 5 months from sending the renewal app to getting it back in the mail. Send it in early guys.

That one is for the MA one only i think ,, i also have NH none resident LTC i ment to say is there a form that I have to send them as in NH

On change of address:
One copy of change of address form to: Old town's police department, New town's police department and one to the Criminal History Records Board

In MA its more like "I'll give you the permission to exercise your right whenever I feel like it, and if you piss me off I'll deny you."
