NH Deer License Question

When you buy a license it comes with a deer tag. The zone M and L antlerless tags are limited and they DO run out. Zone M tags are sold in pairs and each is good for an antlerless deer, Zone L tags are sold individually and the generally run out of them the day they go on sale.
Also, the depredation permits mentioned earlier, are actually a deer tag, the "shooting agent" needs a license, but can hunt out of season, and even at night.

Your first license you'll need to show up to a legit licensing place (not walmart) and apply with your paperwork because they have no way to verify an out of state license online. After your in the system, you're good. If you have a previous year out of state with an archery stamp, you can also get NH archery if that matters to you. Once you get the license the first year, you're GTG for online licensing from there on out. Might as well get gun and archery first year so you only have to make one trip and then just get whatever you want online going forward.
