I’m looking to create a customized gun trust for both Title I and Title II (NFA) firearms. Primary location is in Massachusetts, but have properties in free states. So after searching and going through old messages, it seems that RockMaple is the resident NFA lawyer to contact for creation of a trust.
I was just wondering if anyone has other recommendations for lawyers or other services to create a gun trust. I‘m anticipating that hiring a lawyer would be the safest option, but in the event someone has used a specific lawyer or service, or has any thoughts, I’d appreciate it. The previous threads all had really good reviews for RockMaple as that seems to be his speciality. Didn’t know if the other firearms lawyers on here also do gun trusts or what others have used.
