New to me Marlin 1894

Picked this up over the weekend from a fellow NESer. Stunning rifle and I love 44mag. Hope to get to try it out at the range this weekend.

Thought about getting a Rossi. Nice riffles. I know of one person on here who spent some time fitting all the wood nicely and loves it.

thats what i'll be doing over the next month or so ( slowly ) along with shaping and refitting butt plate, collar, and melting the loading port and lever

Nice rifle Nick.

Just shot it today. Awesome! Too bad It took me 20 minutes to finagle it into my safe when I got it. Guess I have to start looking for a new safe.
