Well I got my MVP Talo back from MB. And they ended up swapping magazines and they changed out the receiver. Now my issue is my fa10 form says serial #abc and the new one says serial #abd. The rifle was shipped to my home. What needs to be done if anything? New FA10?

They should of given you the same number or sent it to an FFL. Someone I know got a brand new "Preban" bushmaster bull pup because of the warranty.

New E-FA10,

"Hello I'm here from the state. Please show me your TWO rifles now."

See the problem?

Keep the paper work for the repair, I would also contact MB and make sure they didnt mess up?
I do believe the manufactures can send "your" firearm back to you at your home after having repairs.

True, but there is no "removing" a firearm from your list in MA right? From what people have said some firearms get removed when someone else registers, other times they don't. The list attributed to each license is horribly inaccurate.

Someone with more details feel free to correct me but I was under the impression their list is not very good.

No problem at all.
I've bought and sold enough firearms in my short 50 years of living that if they came with a list they better have some comfy shoes...

Besides, having an "unregistered" firearm in your possession trumps not having a "formerly-registered" firearm in your possession...
