Any particular reason some forums say "You have insufficient privileges to reply here."...?

A few fellas at BRPC had also mentioned this forum and one of my coworkers actually pointed me at an ad for a sale so I've been actively browsing the site.

You have to have like 25 or 50 posts in order to sell. You can't post in a FS ad - you have to send a private message to the seller. Say hi to Brev for me.
