Hello I am a new member to the forum and my first post. I noticed that there are restrictions to posting in the forum. I have looked everywhere in the forum and cannot find a section with forum rules for posting. Does anyone know where i can find this? Also is there a difference between NES paid membership and a regular NES unpaid membership? Any help is greatly appreciated.
