New M&P 9mm

So I took advantage of Four Seasons sale and picked up an SW M&P 9mm range kit.

Off to the range the next day and here was my first target, 10 rounds at 7 yards. What I had hear about the gun was true and it was the heaviest trigger I had ever pulled. Still, if I concentrated I was able to shoot it well.


I took it the next day to Lou at Business End Customs and had him work his magic. I got the firearm back and the trigger is amazing. A nice, short 3-4 pund take up followed by a smooth .5-1 pound break. This was my first two magazines (I ran out of paper that day). 10 rounds at 7 yards.

All said, with a little extra money spent, it is a fantastic firearm and will probably wind up being my new favorite range toy. Perfect timing for my getting the Grizzly Target's Trifecta.

I have the same gun with XS sights & Lou at BEC did my trigger job too!

One of my favorite guns as well!

Do any of you guys know where I can get a trigger job for the M&P? It's really horrible. Smiley face.
