New Hampshire "Law Enforcement Manual"

there would be a little over 250 sheets of paper with printing on both sides

That's still a lot of paper.

Ironically, all the environmentalists would actually save a crap ton of trees if they'd just help us make government (at all levels) smaller.

This is quite common- cops aren't lawyers. They get a basic overview of laws in the academy- but ongoing info is normally sent out in this fashion- as both written laws and case law changes.

See "You and The Police" by Boston T. Party for a discussion of this- and the interesting perspective that cops fear the professional embarrassment of being the cause of some case law change because they messed up.

Petition DOJ of NH to update the online edition?

I'd love to get a more recent copy, print or (better) PDF. There doesn't appear to be any copyright or restriction on distribution. We should petition NHDOJ and Michael Delaney to update their website!

Holy shit. That thing is over 500 pages!
There has to be a more recent copy.
Nearly half the content is just a copy of the raw New Hampshire Revised Statutes Annotated (RSA). And being from 2008, sadly outdated.
